All needed information is submitted to QDRONOW.com via the QDRO Checklist.
Your Order is drafted within 72 hours of receiving all outstanding requirements.
Your Draft Order is submitted to the plan administrator for pre-approval.
Any changes required by the administrator are completed by QDRONOW.com
You will receive a copy of the completed pre-approved draft QDRO along with submission paperwork for the court where your case was heard to have the draft QDRO certified.
Once your QDRO has been certified, simply send it in along with the addendum that we have created for you to the plan administrator, whose address we will provide.
